Avoid the "Visual Sensations" KDS monitors at all costs. I run my AV-195TF (19-inch) at - if that's not a high enough refresh rate for you, then I don't think any monitor will satisfy you. The KDS "Avitron" line of monitors is quite good, as it uses SONY FD Trinitron tubes.
